Refund Policy

By purchasing any products, services, or subscriptions from i49 Group, Inc. , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

               1.           No Refunds Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the digital and/or customized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided, whether in part or in full.

               2.           Subscription and Payment Plans

If you opt for a monthly payment plan for any subscription or service, you agree to fulfill all 12 payments as outlined in the payment schedule. Early cancellation of the subscription or failure to make all required payments does not relieve you of your obligation to complete the full payment cycle. No partial refunds will be given for any unused portion of the service.

               3.           Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to immediately contact i49 Group, Inc. to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback does not absolve your responsibility to complete the payment or entitle you to a refund under this policy.

               4.           Compliance with Law

This Refund Policy is in full compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and any other applicable laws or regulations regarding online commerce and payment processing. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, and any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
